Background Information

I was born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina and currently reside in
Mount Pleasant with my wife and four children. I graduated from the University
of South Carolina's Business Administration Program, where I earned a
degree in both Economics and Management.

Upon graduation from college, I moved to New York City and worked as an
Account Executive for The Xerox Corporation. During a four year stay in New
York, I consulted to America Online's Small Business Web Portal as a Sales
Liaison for PurchasePro, a business to business software company. Upon
returning to South Carolina, I joined UBS Financial Services as a Financial
Advisor on a Wealth Management team that invested and managed over $98
Million in assets.

After discovering that I wanted to deal with more tangible investments and
pursue my own entrepreneurial dreams of business ownership, I began to
work as an apprentice for a food service franchise with the intent of opening
multiple locations. Before I could ink the deal, my wife and I had a wonderful
opportunity to open a dental practice and build a business together. She
would provide direct patient care and I would manage all business matters.

I fell in love with commercial real estate when I was opening our business. I
found the space, supervised the construction (I even got suckered into
painting all 2,400 square feet!) and coordinated all of the details to prepare for
our opening and position us for success.

The real estate component of our business has been critical to our success.
When I look back on strictly the real estate in which we operate, it has been a
great teacher. We were tenants, landlords, and investors and dealt with many
of the attributes of commercial real estate.

Small business owners need real estate on many levels to not only make their
business successful, but to also make their short and long term investment
objectives a reality. Real estate as an asset class is a great investment when it
is properly understood.

Real Estate is a tangible investment I enjoy dealing with and serving the real
estate needs of my clients is something I look forward to each and every day.
Please contact me the next time you are considering a transaction and let's
make sure that real estate works for you no matter the real estate cycle.

David Seay worked with me to find a space that was perfect for the changing needs of our business. He spent time upfront to understand
our situation and what we needed. He was genuinely interested in helping our business succeed and offered great ideas and helpful
advice. He is a business minded individual and is keenly aware of the long-term pros and cons of different spaces and how they would
affect our business. He was able to point out long-term opportunities for each space I would not have considered. Perhaps the biggest
difference between he and other real estate agents I have worked with is that he was easy to reach. When I had a question, he picked up
his phone and was very quick about finding the answer if he did not already know it.
He usually found the answer and got back to me within the hour. When I wanted to view a space, he would set up the appointment
quickly - usually we would view the space by the next morning. He was organized and punctual. He struck me as trustworthy, genuine,
and well-suited for representing small businesses. We are very happy with our new location and I would recommend David to other
businesses without reservation.

David did an outstanding job locating a high-quality tenant for our office building. He formulated an intelligent and detailed marketing
plan, while paying careful attention to our needs and ideas. David also aggressively advertised the property and stayed on top of all
prospective leads. He provided us with regular updates and always responded promptly to our inquiries. As a result of David's dedication
and hard work, it did not take him long at all to find a tenant for our space, which is especially impressive in today's business
environment.

I am a small business owner and have been blessed to see my business grow over the last four years. I recently recognized the need to
expand into a larger space in the near future. I initially was interested in a new location with a larger footprint and asked David to look
into it for me. He quickly spoke to numerous developers that he had already built relationships with to see what was available now and
even five years down the road. We quickly realized that building a new practice was not going to be our best option due to the
associated costs. We also felt that the available locations were not ideal for our business needs. During this time, David was wise in his
recommendations and he clearly had my best interest in mind. A few months later, another opportunity arose which allowed me to
expand my existing facility. Real estate is not my area of expertise so I contacted David for his guidance and professional opinion. Within
24 hours, he presented me with printed comparisons as well as good advice concerning what a fair offer would be. I contracted to
purchase the space at a price I was very pleased with and am thrilled with the opportunity to expand without relocating. David is very
knowledgeable, professional, and prompt. He was genuinely interested in helping me find the best commercial real estate opportunity for
my business.
